Also recommending Main Street Gym in Midlothian... I know they have a pool and personal trainers and lots of senior programs and discounts. I don't know "for sure" if they do water therapy, but it seems like they would. A little farther down the road, but my mother in law used to Lifetime Fitness in Mansfield on Debbie Lane and I know they have pools.
