Smile Dental Buffalo Road 270-4178 I just found them, as I also needed a dentist that accepts Medicaid. Give them a call, they have you come in, do X rays and cleaning, talk about what needs to be done, what Medicaid will pay for (they allow more then I thought they would) You are under no obligation from there, but I chose to stay with them. Let me know how you make out. Look them up on the Internet, as they may have an office nearer to you.

Dr. Chandler is not a Very nice person!! Just an FYI Scott saw him he is extremely rude. Does except Medicaid though. I had my wisdom teeth out in Canandaguia in 2010. They did an amazing job. Not sure of the name at this second haha! If you are interested I will find it for you!!!

Dr. Zone didn't take medicaid last time that I checked. Dr. Chandler in Naples accepts it.
