If you rent through Uhaul you can also get 2 people from moving places with reviews to help load and unload as well. We are getting ready to move and plan to use this method based on feedback from multiple people.

I've used 3 Men Movers on multiple occasions, never had an item broken or lost. They charge a lot less on weekdays than they do on weekends.
