We used Robin Mewes for our survey on our house three years ago. He is lovely, realistic, up front but not picky ( last one mentioned property price high as we could hear motorway, we lived near the wheatsheaf and he must have had good hearing!). He lived in mudgley but he moved. Not sure where but he is fantastic. Be worth googling him or looking at yell.com snd searching his name
