Anyone know of a good, local, solicitor/lawyer who deals with constructive dismissal cases?
Tracey R. replied:
Hi, I'm a HR professional and if he's still there can recommend Andrew Owen at Needham and James in Stratford. If you can go a bit further afield (a lot can be done by phone and email though) there is no one better than Nigel Tillot, Davies and Partners in Gloucester. If you want free initial advice, the ACAS helpline is a good free first port of call.

Field Overells in Leamington. Very professional, very quick turn around with the paper work, reasonable and so easy to deal with. We dealt with Cathy Richards. Couldn’t recommend Cathy anymore and will be using her for our next move
