Gil McLean yes I have been down that road with the injections and it was very temporary with the relief. I have fibromyalgia, my entire body is in spasm 24 7 and spinal stenosis, slap lesion, double crush syndrome. Herniations and disc bulge ugh!! The pain is too much to bear any longer. I am basically begging doctors
