I'm new in town can't recommend anyone but I also have ptsd. Check out the Battle Buddy Foundation http://www.tbbf.org They maybe able to point you in the right direction abd they can certainly help you get a service dog/battle buddy. Honestly I don't know where I'd be without my trained service dog. He does more for me than any person ever could.

The Christian Counseling Center in Lufkin helped me with my PTSD. Hope this helps and it takes a while to get back in "normal" life. Your not alone in this there are many former military going through the same thing. Keep your chin up.
