Jen, we've used D.S Burkholder - they were the ones who did the electric when the house was built. We've used them for a bunch of stuff in the last 10 years. They are in Lancaster country but they come out this way. They are excellent (my brother works for ConEd in NY and he was impressed with their work). They are also very very reasonably priced. 717-278-1277

Of course there's a bedroom there.:-) Pre-existing electric helps a lot! What you want done won't take long in the foyer. 30 minutes if the chandelier is all together. How high is the ceiling?? As for the table - a little longer because of drywall work, and repainting the ceiling. I'm headed back to DC tonight, and to Florida on Thursday from BWI. Let me see if I can hold of one of my guys for you.
