You can try Pet Supplies Plus, opened not too long ago in west Chester, I work for the corp office here in Michigan and they do have full service grooming, you can give them a call and see if they have experience in collies... Go to Pet Valu in Thorndale! 10 bucks, do it yourself. We took Rigby Sunday and it was a blast.
