Sarah, Kids Stuff is just behind us on Springdale rd. Nathaniel went there last year and loved it. I know they discount for siblings as well as pick up at Springdale for after school care at their facility. They were reasonably priced compared to other places we looked. We liked the owner Michelle, and it is about 1/2 family run.
Melissa P. replied:
We use Kids Stuff also. Tori has been there since she was about 2 and a half. We love them.

If you are looking for cheaper your best bet is inhome daycares. Or maybe a nanny. Try care.com I'm on there but not close to u. But for full time care I charge $200 full time a week. I have not forgotten about u either. The rain will not stop and I've been crazy busy w/ Ri's party.

Question from a Parent:
Are you aware of any daycare providers in Greenwood that are specialized to serve children with Autism?
Please reply if you have suggestions!
Susan K. replied:
Other parents are usually the best guide for child care. If you don’t get helpful responses, contact SC Child Care Resource & Referral.https://www.facebook.com/scccrr Website http://scchildcare.org/
Susan K. replied:
SCR&R works with the Inclusion Collaborative to help child care center staff learn how to work with children with a range of disabilities. I heard about a center recently whose staff learned to work with a G-tube. The South Carolina Child Care Inclusion Collaborative (Inclusion Collaborative) provides individualized training and technical assistance for child care providers to support the inclusion of children with disabilities/developmental delays in child care programs. Our Inclusion specialists work directly with child care staff and program administrators to increase the use of evidence-based practices that lead to access and meaningful participation for all children. Through active collaboration with partnering agencies and organizations, we help child care providers stay connected with resources and opportunities to increase the quality of care and education provided to children and families in South Carolina. The SC Department of Social Services Division of Early Care and Education funds this program, therefore our services are provided to child care providers at no additional cost. http://www.scinclusion.org/about.shtml
