We took our dog to Klise Grooming in Johnston. It came to less than 50 for a pretty fluffy critter. I believe they have a second location in Des Moines. I was impressed that the groomer in charge was so involved in the psychology of the dogs. She made sure my dog saw me leave and made sure he was calm before I walked out as well. Also no issues with irritation from dull clippers. We've been burned before, and our baby came out clean AND happy.
