Please contact Cinderellas hope. I have worked with Donna Leetz of the organization to trap feral and stray cats. Of course, they will try to home the ones that are tame, but if they are feral, Donna will try to find a good barn for them to live in. I understand not wanting to burden the already overburdened shelters.

Anderson Animal Shelter will take ferals, keep them feral and adopt them out as such.

Donna Leetz is the best person to contact. She knows rescues that will take if they are adoptable, and she can place the ferals. Better for the safety of the cats to go through an adoption process.

Donna Leetz is a wonderful person! She goes to shelters and gets cats that are to be put to death and then adopts them out! I have gotten 3 wonderful cats from her! They came chipped, fixed and with vaccines!
