Would not recommend We Care. We had a bad experience, they never fixed the computer and we ended up getting a new computer. We have Geek Squad (through Best Buy) contract and they can connect remotely whenever you want for a tuneup.

Go to PC Warehouse in Wethersfield on the Silas Deane Highway. It's about 20 mins from Southington, but they do good work and stand by it.

Avoid places like best buy and staples... They dont hire actual techs. I couldn't get into geek squad *because* I was certified.... And none of the other 'geeks' were. They just hook your pc up to a network and someone in another country does it. Pc warehouse is a good bet, like the other guy said.
