If you're willing to go to Terrytown on the westbank, Ha Cuts is owned and operated by a Vietnamese couple and they do a great job with pretty reasonable pricing.

What length hair do you have? I'm an asian guy and [Trendy Salon in Harvey](https://www.yelp.com/biz/trendy-salon-harvey) is good for short/medium hair plus the owner is nice and the haircuts are under $20.

Depending on where you are,there's a place in Esplinade mall, Ive seen the barbers in there cut black, asian and latino hair on the reg.

So, I'm not certain if he can cut Asian hair, there is a gentleman named Atticus who works at the health center (Not sure what it is called specifically) on St. Claude, and he does an amazing job on my (non-Asian) fiance's hair and beard. Maybe you can contact him and see if he can do Asian hair?
