Matt Quinn: he tried to get me to take X-rays even though I had them taken 4 months earlier. Also, I had a time constraint that day and just wanted a cleaning and didn't want cancer. Finally I snapped and said 'wow, you really want to get a big check from CIGNA' and he refused to speak to me afterwards.
