I've been doing hair for 12 years and work at Special Touch in Bryan.. I try to keep my prices reasonable! For an adult woman's haircut $12.00 An adult mans $10 An all over solid hair color $45 (and includes haircut) Foil highlights start at $55 (and includes haircut) Wax $5 (*for ppl with lots of hair..
