Molly, I have no idea what they would charge, but Tucker Landscaping does the common areas of the development. Also, you might want to pick up the local paper for Garfield Heights (is it the Neighborhood News? They have it at Giant Eagle at the entrance to the store) and see if they have folks who advertise in the local classifieds.
