Progressive home advantage for our renters insurance. And then Pediatrician Dr Barbosa with One Source Pediatrics in Weston. He was wonderful. Real good with my kids. Took his time. I have been using electric insurance for years have never had a problem and rates have rarely gone up...they are A rated and I have had some claims with no issues ....the reason I also love them is they write 1 year policies! I found them on lowermybills.com

I don't think any insurance policies are reasonable in FL smile emoticon, but when I was dropped by State Farm and forced to go to Citizens, Mike at Insurance Express 561.471.9813 ext 646 was able to get me a price lower than Citizens. Mike and his assistant Dawn are very nice to work with.

Here I go again with free legal advise... Lol I'm sending Marc A Siegel your bill, Susie Levin Fineberg !! So, for homeowners insurance there are several things your agent should be doing for you: 1. Do a Wind Inspection! Your agent or insurance underwriter will tell you who they approve, but this link is very informative. 2. Make sure you are getting all your deductions for your home! Theft home alarm system, fire alarm, etc. it's just a few but every penny affects your bottom line. 3. Check your deductible! A very low deductible, while nice, is bad for your overall pocket! Increase it to a number that is reasonable and create an account to place your savings over 2-3 years from your insurance. Most likely you will create a deductible safety net in no time. 4. How much are you insured for? Many agents get commission so it's to their benefit to over insure your home. If you had to build your home up new from the foundation how much would it cost you? What if it only had need for a roof and was 65% damaged? Maybe you are paying for more coverage than you will ever use or need. 5. How much do you owe on your mortgage? If you owe less than the rebuild of your home you are allowed to underinsure it to the value of the loan or some lenders require 25% over loan value. Find out from your lender so you do not get a bill for being underinsured according to their internal guidelines. I got an all new roof when our friend Wilma came to stop by...So I'm on 10 yrs myself but it's got like a 20 yr warranty!
