Tire plugs are illegal in the state of Florida. They have to patch it by law. It's also a huge liability on their part if they install the plug in your tire. For new tires, your best bet would be a Wholesale Club like Costco or Sam's Club etc. you can also go to Goodyear.com and check to see if they're having any current specials. Sometimes they have super deals. Best of luck.

I am not sure where the information came from that tire plugs are llegal in Florida because they are not. I have been in the tire business for 35 years and some dealers still use them. It is true that is better to have the tire patched because a lot of times plugging will cause a separation in the tire. As for getting new tires the place to go would be Family Tire on Pembroke Road. I know they will beat anybody price and give you excellent service.
