Phylice actually reached out to me and invited me to come to one of her classes!!! So nice. Lori the owner was very welcoming which was most important for me in finding a studio to join. The Prana Lab with RoseAnn Rajni Sbona offers a variety of non heated classes. They have Strictly non heated. Alaya offers both with Michelle Michelle Mejia Houser and Yoga Factory offers a few in the afternoon. However, they just doubled their nonheated studio and will be adding lots of non heated classes. If I remember correctly, Baptist Health in Weston Town Center offers classes.

Prana Lab and Weston Yoga are both good. Weston Yoga is probably more quiet.

Blue Sol, Yoga Factory and Prana. Weston a Yoga is not very challenging if you are looking for that. Prana Lab is a bit unconventional. Blue Sol has both hot and non heated. Yoga Factory has hot and non heated but the non heated is in a very small room and holds only about 10 people.
