No matter how good they are, keep badgering them. Your solicitor will have a pile of a dozen folders on their desk and unless you keep annoying them with emails and especially phone calls then your folder will struggle to hit the top of the pile. I have just bought in Brizzle for the first time but used a Southampton firm. They were good, but needed chasing up. They were also very cheap. So cheap in fact that I wonder how they can survive as a business. They did a very thorough job and I'd recommend them, but they aren't local.
