Hi, can anyone help out, have a baby Spotted Eagle Owl with a broken wing in Scheerpoort, can anyone collect the little guy and take him to either WIC or Lammermoer vet?

Lauren Haupt - No one is bad mouthing FreeMe - just the (mis)Management and Directors thereof. I am sure that you are an extremely qualified and experienced person helping with distressed animals' rehabilitation. Thank you. Seeing that the animals come first I am sure that you too will pick up the baton and help us get the doors of FreeMe opened as soon as possible and the animals cared for in the best possible ways. Please help with suggestions and ways that this can be done.

To all Freeme volunteers, Owl Rescue Centre does have a permit,is a registered NPC, we are getting all the rescue calls in gauteng that FreeMe used to handle, we have only one vehicle, so sometimes we cannot physically get to each emergency promptly. Yesterday I asked the "volunteers" for help and all they could do was bad mouth us. I had a problem with the old FreeMe management for the last few years for a few different reasons, everyone will remember decapitated owls? Where is the evidence? I sent them all the photos, I sent the media the photos, I sent them to John Robbie at 702, no one would publish them. You cannot call me a liar if people don't want to see the truth. We are receiving up to 15 calls a day regarding owls if anyone can assist, my number. 082 719 5463
