Hi - best to call South Shore ARC/Early Intervention Program in Weymouth. They will evaluate baby and then provide necessary services. 781-335-3023

Jen, our son has gone through physical therapy since he was a baby at Braintree Rehab in Plymouth. His PT is Erin and she is wonderful. Feel free to share Jon's number w/ the mom if she is interested.

Have her call Associates for Human Services. They're the agency for the Taunton EI.
