Sherri, The main difference in each line is the quality of the paint itself, which dictated the life of the product on the wall. The lower lines have more filler and fewer binders and less resins and are unable to hold tints for as long as higher-quality paints....

Maybe I'll give General Paint another shot....their pricing is by far the best....one line I've never ever had an issue with is Pittsburgh...only problem is that in my area, there is only one distributor (Millwork) and they won't do much on pricing for me, much like Para.

We've got tons of Pittsburgh and Para dealer's out on the East Coast. Farrow & Ball just opened a retail store in Halifax this summer. Tried this paint 2 years ago. Ceramic based ALL paint comes pre-mixed...the eggshell costs $110/gal. plus tax.
