My husband used to be in the business but recently switched to the insurance side... As someone who knows the local shops VERY well he would recommend White Plains Auto Collision in WP (near NWP train station). Owners names are Robby and Bert. He would also recommend Consumer Auto Body on S Kensico - owner is Mike Fusco... Take it from someone in the business 30+ years... He wouldn't steer you wrong
