Not Dr Hovings office. She's nice but u AlWAYS wait forever and have pissed off babies (and daddy) by the time you leave. They over book and have you get there too soon to wait an hour for a 10 minute checkup.

Dr. Johnson is at Pediatric Associates i think...i dont really remember cause i moved for college. either way Johnson was my pediatrician for a very long time and I loved him!! Sultemeier is great also. his nurse is one of my moms best friends. Dr. Peters is great as well (she still sees me at 19:)).

Use Dr. Rao. He was my pediatrician & now he's Taylor's. He takes Medicaid too. He's wonderful with kids. Very nice, funny, helpful & thorough. Lol. A little hard to understand sometimes because he has somewhat of a heavy Indian accent, but if you ask his nurses what he said they'll tell you. They're nice too.

Yeah, they are. They were like that even when my mom was a nurse for Dr. Rao. But, there is one nice one that works there now. She's always there when I take Taylor in.

I love Dr. Kaiser with my boys! He is at Pediatric Associates.

We use Lisa Sheriff or Dr Johnson at pediatric associates. We are very satisfied with how they are with our kids.

Dr Humphrey was mine & she's my daughters now she's very good she takes the time to listen and will answer every question with no rush

If you're willing to move from a pedi to a family doctor, Dr. Lori Hanes at family practice associates is wonderful, as is her nurse, Tina. They have tons of experience in pediatrics and will always consult a pedi for anything they can't handle. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I love pediatric Associates! Dr. Terry Johnson is my kids main doctor but, when he is booked up Dr. Kaiser, and the other staff has seen them. I love them all!

Dr Johnson is my daughter's pediatrician but he stays really booked most of the time so I also use Dr Kaiser. Love them both

I have Dr Humphrey at community health care. She is wonderful been seeing both my kids since birth no complaints I even traveled from north Dakota so my son could go to his drs appointments

Pediatric associates is amazing! Technically my kids have Dr Johnson as a pediatrician but I think we have seen just about everyone there and love them. I had Dr Johnson when I was a kid and I really liked him. He was the first person to tell me I had asthma. No one else did.

There's another thread in this group about the same thing. U may have to look a lil bit but there's more opinions & recom there too.... I use Dr Johnson for my son. Love him & the other drs, as well as NP Sheriff. Dr Johnson is upfront, patient, explains everything, he prefers natural remedies over medications. The waiting room isn't stressful either. They have a short wait time, even for walkins. I had 2 foster kids for awhile, 1 used Ucol the other used Rao. I have to say first & foremost, the waiting room experience was horrible!! Its always packed, you wait forever, it was loud, & because of all that it made for a very anxious kid. I worried tge whole time bout some running around kid falling on or tripping on rhe infants, esp the ones in their carseats on the floor. They're good drs buuuut both drs always seemed rushed(I'm sure because they have a way too heavy patient load) & like they don't wana take the time to explain what u don't understand. Also, the admin ppl make u feel like ur a hassle & all ur trying to do is checkin.

Dr Johnson and his doctors at pediatric associates off kemp. I've had a child with him for over 20 yrs. I agree with above comment. He is no bs and won't medicate your kids. He also doesnt mess around if your kid needs hospital treatment he's right on it and the whole staff will refer to specialist if needed. Best care ever and now I'll be sending my grandbaby to him. That's how much faith I have in him and staff . They are great and available after hours and if you happen to have to go to er all they have to do is call and get instructions from him.

I know that this extra cost is frustrating, but I think this is a problem anywhere. And $50 for sick time is a lot less than what some people pay other places. And they have insurance. I would just look closely wherever you are going. Plus Pediatric Associates has always been more than fair to me when it comes to paying. The New healthcare law has tied a lot of hands. I hope you find what you are looking for!

I just don't think I should have to pay full price when my insurance says I should only pay $15... Im gonna call and talk to Karen.. I REALLY don't want to find a new dr. I absolutely love Dr. Kaiser and Dr. Johnson but I'm not gonna be paying other peoples bills (which is what it basically boils down to)

Well I just talked to Dr. Kaiser and he said that it is full price for all visits until you meet your deductible but he said he is in network with BCBS and so is Dr. Johnson.. He's going to look into it because that's news to him if they aren't in network anymore.

They changed the payments at Pediatric Associates?

I'm suppose to pay a $15 copay for office visits. Dr Johnson's office self pay is 50.00 for sick visit, 75.00 for well visit and 85.00 for well visit with shots. Now the ones that do have insurance are having to pay the same amount as those without insurance. And they told me personally that it's because people aren't paying their bills. I never have bills because my insurance pays 100% after my copay but I'm still having to pay extra to make up for what the other people aren't paying. This has nothing to do with my insurance this has to do with the drs office.

Dr. Peters. She was mine and still is my brothers and my daughters. Love her!

Dr Sultemeier is the absolute best! I keep my kids on tricare standard and pay deductibles just to keep that doc...go to him!

CAPC in Bryant ... Dr Weed esp but they are all really nice ... I work at Kids Care now and we take their after hrs call and they are always SO nice if we have to call them

Clay Brashears is fabulous! I take my kids to him and I work with all the Peds in the area at Saline. CAPC is great, but I prefer going to Brashears because my kids always see the same doctor for sick or well visits. At CAPC you may get a different one each time. Just my preference but both clinics have great doctors. Consistent care was just important to me.

We do Central Ark Pediatrics Clinic too. Only see a different doc for sick visits. Which is fine with us since they do Sat sick visits as well.

I had Ucol for a while... No way I'd personally go back to him. Dr Lyford on the other hand... Awesome Dr....

Dr Lyford is awesome he saved my sons life literally just by one look he hurry and rushed him in and did his thing as a doctor when we were just there for a normal doctor visit

Dr. Johnson. I especially like him because if you can't see him for some odd reason he has a lot of other amazing doctors and NPs there to back him up. He has been our Pedi since I switched from Rao when my daughter got really sick.

Kaiser at Pediatric Associates.... He shows concern and actually listens to you and explains things to you. Very patient and never in a rush. Use him for all 5 of my kids and haven't had any problems. Lisa and Nicole the NP there are also awesome. When my baby was hospitalized last year they said Johnson or whatever doctor was on call would probably be the one seeing her bc Kaiser is super busy but Kaiser himself went everyday to check my baby girl while she was hospitalize

Dr. Cabler she is amazing my daughter was born with congenital diaphragmatic hernia and she always shows concern when I call and have question and she is very good at what she does. She is at the clinics of north Texas

When I was down there we had Dr. Sultemeir with Clinics of North Texas....he was actually the one who diagnosed Blake's fractured tibia when none of the other doctors did and said that he must have just twisted something (at the time Dr. Sultemeir was out of town and we had to see someone else).....I loved having him as a pediatrician and have hated that I haven't been able to find anyone else like him around here.
