yeah...if you are in an apartment, notify the management company. if nothing is done, you'll want to set some traps and document what you catch...then report them to the city.... when shit hits the fan...i always make sure to send mail certified and keep copies...so don't call the management company....send them a letter certified mail (its like 2.60$ now i think) so they have to sign for it. usually, when you send stuff certified, people act.

What the other people said and also NOT thr brown recluseinator/ bed bug eliminator guy. He was a total creeper who kept calling us and asking us how things were going (not spider things). Our new house has plenty of spiders - duh, we are in Kansas - so I need some kind of spider killer before my wife kills me.

Betts Pest Control at Central and Zoo Blvd. used them when we initially moved into our house a good 10 years ago for roaches and then a few years later with ants. Same guy for both jobs and while dealing with ants he told us what the basic trap mix was so we wouldn’t necessarily have to have them back out unless a real infestation happened.

I use Ferguson Pest Control. He sprays every month at our store. Never have a problem. If you want I can get you his number tomorrow. I think he charges us $52 a month which for a business isn't bad.
