I'm in process of going through same thing. 2 blokes I've had round are excellent and phoned back straight away, unlike a couple of others who have wanted me to keep calling them to get an appointment. One is Heatwave Solutions Ltd and other is Capital Heating and Plumbing. Both got great ratings on trust a trader and checkatrade

I have a rental agency and will only use AJR plumbing. Based in southend but cover all of Essex, I have used loads of so called "trusted" tradesmen in the past and been let down. Never had an issue with AJR and use them weekly!
