Ya know, Three Rivers Legal Services May approve somebody if they do not have the funds. Even if you don't have the funds sometimes they invite you to take time with a lawyer to fill out the paperwork as a group. If you both agree upon things that might be the cheaper best way to go.

If uncontested you can buy the packet at the court house or print it out online ( flcourts.org ) save yourself a lot of money and it's pretty self explanatory if problems call the court house and the prose dept will help you.

I used Premier Disability out of Minn. It is a long process but your doctors can help you through it. My brother used Morgan & Morgan and he got his fast but he was also injured on the job. Every case is different. I would go with Morgan & Morgan.
