Thanks Karen -- I've been on top of this and following the right channels and "procedures" for four months now to no avail. There's a fulltime state trooper on site . . . I am just now opening my eyes to the fact that he's not going to pursue this any further because it happened under his watch and makes him look bad. As tempting as it is to handle this "old school" . . . I am going to go ahead and get legal advice and representation, especially because we are now looking at months of rehabilitation. Just FYI, the school in question is Sussex Central High School, several people have asked me privately.

I don't think Dr. Choy does shoulders. There is a female doctor in Lewes who I understand does incredible work on shoulder repair/replacement. Unfortunately, I can't recall her name. If I remember it I'll repost. Dynamic physical therapy in Lewes has done a great job for me after hip replacement.

Sam has been seeing Dr. Shah at AI for his arm (compound open fracture in April). I like him a lot...good with Sam, not pompous & dr-y, takes time for both my & SAMs questions.
