My son's first birthday is coming up. I need a cake that is dairy, soy, egg and peanut free. Anyone have a bakery suggestion?

We always bought Cherrybrook Kitchen mixes for daycare because they had to be dairy, nut, egg free - not sure about soy though. http://cherrybrookkitchen.com

Christine Galli has an allergen free bakery in Brewster. Call her. Her cakes are delicious! (917) 868-7722 And she makes a bunch of other stuff as well, cookies, breads, cake pops, gingerbread houses, etc.

Izzy Bs is great if you want to buy a cake or cupcakes. When I bake myself I use Pamela's range and substitute with egg replacer

I'm not sure about the dairy & soy (we are pn, tn, eg), but we have ordered from The Cookie Workshop in Trumbull. They are pn/tn free, and can accomodate other allergens, but they only make cupcakes & cookies, not cakes. We have also ordered from The Sweet Spot in New Milford. They have pn/tn on site, but I was comfortable with the precautions they took to avoid cross contamination.
