Go to Old Port. Cute shops and restaurants.

Old port has the shops... Duck Fat is a great lunch spot and Grace is a church that was converted to a restaurant. The food wasn't the best but it's cool inside. Shipyard Brewery was cool too. Portland Lobster Co. Was the best lobster I've ever had but I think it's all outside seating not sure what happens in the winter. All of that is pretty close to each other! Have fun, I'm jealous!!!

DiNardo family owned Dinardo's which was in the same Kmart plaza location that The Welcome Inn once was. Welcome Inn moved throughout the city and it was the Gagne family I believe.
