Handmade Bride is my favourite but unfortunately not in my budget. Bridals by Al-mor and Handmade Bride had the best customer service by FAR...love both of them! I ended up buying my dress at David's Bridal but only because I wanted a tea-length dress that was in my budget ($450 or less). Customer service at David's Bridal was HORRIBLE and I'll be going to the seamstress at Bridals by Al-mor for alterations instead as I trust them.
