Has anyone ever formed a 501(c)(3)? Do I need an attorney to do this? Any advice is appreciated!

You may want to consult a tax attorney, or the Irs website for guidance, I know there have been changes in the last few years, legal zoom.com has quick & easy incorporation filing but not sure about non- profit .
