For dentistry Weideman's pediatric is good cuz they only do peds. Darcy Owen from Kennedy is a dentist there. They're in citrus Heights. Planet gymnastics in Riverside (across from Vic's ice cream) was where my kids went and they have dance as well upstairs. What area will you be in? West Sac has the BEST rec center:)

Yes he does Bethany Bolden Cooper but only three mornings a week and he just had hand surgery with complications so he may not return:( The dentist who bought his practice is wonderful, Dr. Karl Zander. My sister in law is the secretary, give them a call:(

Sacramento Pediatric Medical Associates, Dr. Jill Whitney and her co do dental work on kids and grown ups. Swim America in Davis is good for swim lessons -- they have an in door pool! If it ok with you, I can share this. I have a few friends with kids who are in dance lessons, etc.

I love my dentist! Dr Garland on Pocket Road next to 24 hour fitness. But more important than the dentist is the hygienist who cleans etc. Her name is Tram. I am super sensitive and she hss worked well for me. I have been going since HS....love it!
