If you have an LG, only Kernen's will service it around here. They are out of W-S but have set GSO service days, and we had a very good experience with them. That said, I know Tammy Finch-Kent's husband is in appliance repair if you don't have a weird thing like that to work around.

Well, so far, Convenient Appliance certainly is the 'winner'. I used them some years ago for a refrigerator repair and, after consulting this group, referred my mother-in-law to them for a stove repair this year (and they did a great job and she was very pleased). I just wasn't sure about whether they would be a good option for the washer. Thanks!
