Recommendations for a spa/massage place? Looking to book a spa day/massage as a gift. Anyone have an outstanding experience somewhere in town? Thanks!

I've really enjoyed the 2 massages I've gotten at Kneaded Relief in Fitchburg-and I've also had an aromatherapy bath there as well.

My first massage ever was at [Indulge Spa](http://www.indulgespa.net/) on the East side, and it was a great experience. My SO and I got a couple's massage with aromatherapy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was also a clean, quiet and very relaxing facility.

The best place to have a "day at the spa" I've been to is [Sundara](http://www.sundaraspa.com/). A great place to lounge all day. I believe you get (or used to get) all day access with most services there. The services are pricey, though, so if it's more about the spa service than the day at the spa, then disregard.

The SO and I just had a really good experience at [Oasis Day Spa](http://www.oasisdayspa-madison.com/) inside of the west side princeton club. They apparently have been voted Best of Madison in the past for "Best Couple's Massage" if that's your thing. This year's [Best Of Madison for Spas](http://www.channel3000.com/madison-magazine/best-of-madison/Best-of-Madison-2015-Fitness-Recreation/31329482) lists: 1. [ANiU](http://www.aniusalonandspa.com/) 2. [Kneaded Relief](https://www.kneadedreliefdayspa.com/) 3. [The Brow Boutique](http://ibrowboutique.com/)
Spa Package Wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a good spa package near Madison? Obviously not going until it is safe for all involved groups. Just trying to...

The Edgewater hotel has spa packages.

Kohler. Best in the Midwest. If you’re splurging, stay in the Carriage House.

Kneaded relief is Madison's only day spa i think

My wife and I have enjoyed Kneaded Relief’s couples massage. Good service, nice atmosphere, prices aren’t crazy.

Avani Spa at The Abbey in Lake Geneva is decent. It’s like a low budget Sundara. It’s nice to hang out by the pool all day. The spa services are fine. I don’t know why none of these places can’t cook a decent meal, so pack a snack.

Sundara in the Dells is where big money from Chicago goes. They are the #5 destination spa in the world. https://www.sundaraspa.com/about-us

Maybe try Kalahari in Wisconsin Dells north of Madison?
