Thanks Julie Brown.... I haven't bAked privately for a few years now I'm afraid.... The ONLY local cake maker thAt I would reccome do as professional and tasty (as well as value for money) is Jenny at "Two Little Cats bakery" or Cat at "The Teatime Treatery ".
