Try Carmelo Bonanno in woden. He is amazing, asleep in the chair and is a lovely and understanding person. He pulled 13 of my teeth out in the chair, and didn't have any problems!http://www.womo.com.au/reviews/Dr-Carmelo-Bonanno-Woden/

I was nervous going to the dentist due to a bad past experience as well but the dentist i goto now is fantastic. I see Dr Kropinack of Greenway Dental in tuggeranong. He is a really nice guy and does a great job. I recently had to get my wisdom teeth out and i went under general for that at calvary john james hospital and Dr Dylam Hyam was my surgeon. Can't fault him either. Such a nice, professional man and i literally have not had any pain in my recovery at all. It is much more expensive to go under general but if you are that nervous and you can afford it then go for it. The most painful part of the whole experience was the canula they had to put in my arm before hand. And that is only like a tiny sting. I had 5 teeth out and it cost me around $3500. Feel free to pm me if you have any other questions or concerns, i know what it's like to be scared of the dentist!:)

I absolutely love my dentist. Her name is Poonima and she owns Positive Dental Health in Macquarie. She is so gentle and nice. Great with my 3 yr old as well you can get her on: 02 6162 0004

General anesthetic is a bit dangerous (depending on your health) and should be avoided unless necessary (my opinion). Dr Loc Lam in Braddon is amazing and gentle. Have had teeth pulled in the chair by her with local anesthesia (i have an awfulness fear of dentists) and walked away not freaking out. Hope you find a happy place with a good dentist that you feel comfortable with:)

Doctor Storey is absolutely amazing. He did my wisdoms and compacted molars on 19 th dec last year and was just freaking wonderful. So patient and caring.
