For the price I absolutely love O'Loughlins Prime Rib. I order the 16 oz $24.99 and get it Blackned and rare. I also love their handmade Calamari and like their crab cakes. Some of the absolute best around is Lewnes in Annapolis But comes with a hefty price tag. Crab cakes are good at Hella's but I've nevr had their prime rib and don't know anyone who has.

Not sure about the prime rib, but The Point in Arnold has great atmosphere, great drinks and great crab cakes.

We went to Lewnes' For our anniversary dinner Because our community had a lot of good recommendations about the place And we loved it. We made reservations online at www.opentable.com and let them know it was our anniversary and they made it special for us. Definitely a five-star restaurant

Middleton Tavern has both Prime Rib & Crab Cakes; fantastic food and ambiance. I like Paul's Homewood Cafe on West Street but not sure about the menu. Harry Browne's and Lewnes are great, too..
