Renters Warehouse are absolutely terrible. We were renting a house through them and had repeated horrible experiences with their maintenance department that resulted in the homeowner being fined multiple times by the city for repairs not being completed in a timely manner

They all stink.

As another renter, I second the complaints about Renter's Warehouse. They were extremely unprofessional when we were looking last year. I've had a good experience with [Guardian Property](https://www.guardianprop.com/) so far.

I used REÍ out of Bloomington. They handled my rental property for 8 years and I was very happy with them. They found the renters, collected money, and automatically deposited into my account. They also represented me in arbitration to negotiate payments with renters during hardships. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. I had a good experience. Hope that helps.

You don’t have nearly the cash flow to let someone skim off you. If something happens (as it always does) instead use the money to call said plumber/painter/electrician.

Leasing and management from creative housing solutions was a good price and did a good job for me whilst I lived out of state.
