I usually go to Greenwich Infiniti for service they are rather reasonable despite the area they are in. With Rotors and pads any shop can really do that for relatively cheap I believe it's 10-20 to resurface each rotor but about 40-60 to get them off and on, and to replace the pads should be 40-60 minus the pads.
