If you mean a living will for medical care....you do not need an attorney. The paperwork is online and free. Also any hospital can help you with the paperwork and your doctor should be able to do it too. A power of attorney for healthcare is important to and is also DIY. http://www.idph.state.il.us/public/books/advin.htm

Steven Costello in Dundee is great. He handled mine and was wonderful. So was Lori in the office. I would highly recommend them. I didn't have much to work with either. It was approx $1800 but well worth it. The case was quick and without complications. And the people are easy to talk to and great to work with. Plus they don't nickel and dime ya or blow smoke up your butt. Honest, decent, and dependable.
