I believe all of the dog schools provide a training fro you + the dog, they focus on your work with the dog. If you would like to give the dog away to be trained while you are at work, http://www.dogidog.pl provide the service, but it is pretty expensive.

I highly recommend Irek, he helped us so much and has trained many dogs in our apartment building. He is a great trainer.
