I think he's looking for an 'ortopeda', not 'ortodonta'. If you know a bit of Polish, this is a good website to use. You can filter on the service which you're looking for and also filter on the location. The website shows average waiting times for hospitals, but it's good because it also gives you a list of hospitals which provide the service that you want. http://kolejki.nfz.gov.pl/Informator/Index/

Better go private, NFZ is the worst option, accept some superexpensive unique operations which private clinics are not doing yet. You can find private doctor here: https://www.znanylekarz.pl.
