I too have curly hair and the best hairdresser I have found is at Tony Tun Tun's in the shopping centre on Insein Road Kamayut, at about 6 mile. South of Ywar Ma Kyaung St. Just walk in and you will be tended by a middle aged man for the cut. I don't need to ask for him. He is always the one that cuts it. The shopping centre has Pizza Hut out the front. Hairdresser is inside and upstairs.

Hair Republic next to Mojo is great! I went to a "regular" stylist (not the lead stylist) and was extremely happy with my cut. Prices are also reasonable!
