Depends on what level of care you need. A psychologist has Masters degree or higher in Counseling or Clinical Psychology and can provide counseling and psychotherapy for mental illness. Psychiatrists have medical degree and can provide medications for mental illness. Very rare few psychiatrists in Myanmar provide counseling. Counselors have vocational training in counseling skills and can give support and guidance on how to manage stress and solve psychosocial problems in your life. Marble psychological services has psychologists although I don't know if any of them are Burmese speaking. You can ask. They do charge fees. Pun Hlaing Siloam hospital has Burmese psychologist but they also can be expensive. YMCA Yangon Counseling Center has counselors and I think they are free. I am a Burmese speaking psychologist but I live in USA and only visit Myanmar two to three times a year for a few weeks each time. I do provide online counseling if people can't find it elsewhere. I charge fee but it's based on how much you can pay. There are some art therapy groups and projects out there that can help with depression but it's usually in a group. I can't remember the names right now.
