I can certainly recommend a pre-paid Visa card from CB Bank which allows you to make your own online payments utilising the cash you have here. If you have it (or anything of the sort), I can't see any point in visiting travel agencies. To answer your question: I have yet to encounter a good travel agency. For quite a time I was satisfied with Sun Far on New University Avenue, but then they completely screwed up my reservation and I saw other expats in their office having a conversation concerning a very similar thing. So, I would strongly recommend counting on yourself. ;)
