We have been to Royal Asia (very good, but then we moved house) and have since found that this guy is also great. He is in Sanchaung. Worked for a while in Singapore and speaks good English

Dr. Thein Tun Aung - this guy was excellent when I took a really, sick street cat in. He was doubtful it would survive & would need a leg amputated. He kept it in for 5 days to see if it would recover from the infections with antibiotics before surgery, sadly it died. Anyhoo, he's at Royal Asia vet surgery. 296/A Than Thu Mar Rd. Also Companion Vet in Tamwe will board. Don't expect US cleanliness standards but we had our dog spayed there and he stayed after for 2 days and was fine.

Baho Baho Baho Vet is the only place I will take my dog and my friend runs Tnr Yangon and she takes all of the dogs and cat there, too! The vet is from Thailand and the office is immaculately clean and not like most clinics you find in Yangon!

I am not sure if she does euthanasia, but Dr. Maw Maw is a vet that comes to your house and that might be ideal. I would call her and talk about options, she speaks good English and is very compassionate towards animals. I'll PM you the number.

Crown Veterinary Resources is where I did my X-ray for my dog. Maybe you can ask them? Their owners seems very involved in the industry with seminars and all

You can get the blood drawn for the titer test at Crown Veterinary Resources but you will have to send it to a lab out of country. I just assisted my friend with this when she moved her cats to Korea.
