It can be a drive but completely worth it, I go to Bastyr in Seattle. Medicaid helps with the transportation through Paratransit. If it's possible for you, and you go to make an appointment, make it with the student clinic it's an option on the phone menu when you called Bastyr Center for Health. You get two students that are at the end of their education and then the main doctor coming in it's an amazing thing and sometimes you even get extra doctor's it's very well-rounded. I came in for a gazillion different things including Pain & Injury and they have their own Physical Medicine Department that includes massage and physical manipulation and Cutting Edge treatments peat baths, cold lasers, ultrasounds and many more things. They also have their own Acupuncture Clinic there which is $20 flat fee. Thought I would share because I had a lot of dead ends in trying to get better and this has been very helpful
